Syphilis or other std and hiv

I did read that syphilis can be transmitted by KIN to SKIN contact.

So if you are having massage and the person who is giving a massage has a Syphilis on his or her hand and he or she is HIV+.

then there is a chance to get the syphilis. But does the HIV virus goes with the Syphilis? Which means
if an HIV+ and syphilis+ person transmits syphilis to the other by skin to skin contact, does that mean a high risk of HIV transmission (as they said the HIV transmission gets higher when there are STD's?)

Or is this a very stupid question?

HIV is not transmitted by a massage. HIV is sexually transmitted by unprotected anal or vaginal sex, by sharing works with other IV drug abusers or from infected mother to child.

Teak,

What about small cuts during massage. I have had a hard massage (in turkey). I had a peeling massage and it was hard. I also had a cut (I think from that massage) on my leg.. So if that woman (who massaged me) was bleeding on that cut.. fresh cut.. there can be HIV virus transmitted I think ? or?

By the way, I did not see any blood or something. but this is all what I think it can be happened.

If you had unprotected sex and you had syphilis in the stages that you had bleeding sores in your anus then you would have a risk of HIV transmission.

Ok but in this case it can be transmitted with THE syphilis or not? Even if this is an unic way of transmitting syphilis?

Syphilis can be transmitted if there is à sore on THE massagers hand and when she massages à damaged skin. So shall the hiv in this case also be transmitted? No bleeding by THE way...
