after 81 day i have hiv1/2+p24 generation 4th was negativ can i move on and my test not going to change in 3 day

what did you not understand? "It will not change in a couple of days" What is to not understand about that?

I think that is a choice you have to make for yourself, I can not tell you what to do with your life. But if I were you I would not give it a second thought.
