Teak, Lizzie Lou, anyone? Fever 3 weeks after exposure?

I've had a fever for 5 days now. The highest it's been is 37.7 degrees celsius (99.86 F), it goes up and down during the day and sometimes goes away (below 37.0 degrees celsius) for a while. Also have a sore throat, but I had that months before the exposure (throat isn't red either, checked this morning, it's normal color).
Is 37.7 too low for an ARS fever or is it enough? Also, if it would be symptomatic ARS would there be more symptoms?

Sorry for asking more, but are they on-and-off or constant? Different sites give completely different information about ars-related fever.

the only way to know one's status is by testing.
