Hey i know that  you dont believe in following symptoms as an indicator and either do i as i havent had any noticable symptoms thus far but this morning when i was brushing my teeth i noticed two brown spots on the top of my tounge near the tip, they are identical on both sides of the crack that goes down the middle of my tounge, they do not hurt and i noticed them today, Is there any real concern from that. Please answer.

Dark brown spots on the tongue sound like you are thinking of Kaposi's Sarcoma.  This is a late stage, AIDS defining illness.  If you think this is a symptom of ARS, it is not.

If you have a concern about spots on your tongue, you'll have to see your doctor. No one can diagnose your tongue over the internet.
