I have a canker sore in the back of my throat.  Last week I had a three month test which was negative.  In between my three month wait, I had protected sex and rubbing of precome on my vagina from on his boxers.  Do you think the canker sore is related to HIV? If someone has symptoms of a canker sore they should have tested positive last week then right?

No a canker sore is NOT indicative of HIV. Canker sores are nothing more than injuries to the soft tissue of the mouth. Most canker sores are cause by teeth, and food.

No, and no necessarily from injuries. I have not injured my tonsils and i get them on my tonsils. But they can be a sign of herpes simplex.
