Teasing/Dipping/Intercourse

Hi, mu questions are

1)How deep does penis have to go in anus to pose a risk
2)Is anal teasing and pushing again the anal sphincter risky? if the gland of the penis went in a little bit like 1/3 part of the gland
3)What is the difference between dipping and the actual intercourse

1) Unprotected-the penitration is the risk
2) If penitration occurs then risk
3) None when it comes to risk

I actually had protected intercourse prior to that. I don't know if it makes any different :/
