HIV Risk from blood on burst blister

Hi all,
Would like to ask about this incident.

I was having lessons at an airconditioned classroom at a training centre.
During lesson, I squeezed open a blister with fluid on my hand. This liquid was not yellow pus but clear like water.
The blister had an opening because some liquid came out but there was still some more liquid left in the blister after the burst.

2 minutes after squeezing the blister, I placed my hands on a table and my slightly opened blister came into contact with a small patch of blood on the table.

The blood should have been there for at most 30 minutes because that is when the previous group ended their lesson before my lesson.

Am I at risk of HIV and go for testing especailly if the blood belongs to a HIV positive person?

Thanks

No Dr would ever give you PEP.

1. It is highly unlikely that you touched blood.
2. Even if you did in modern day no such thing as blood giving you HIV unless you deal with transfusions, IV drug use or deep muscle/tissue injections.
3. You had no risk.

But I read that hiv can be also infected if blood comes into contact with your fresh wound and unbroken skin.
So is my wound not a fresh wound since it is 2 mins before contact and the blood was also fresh given it was  about 30 minutes before?
Sorry but I am worried about my situation and am considering going for PEP

The risk to contract HIV is through unprotected insertive  vaginal/anal sex. sharing iv drug needles and mother to child, not from what you describe.

Is there a risk of HIV since the open blister is open wound or unbroken skin. And that the blood contacted was about 30 mins?
