35 days PCR RNA Negative.

After my possible exposure , My PCR RNA HIV test Negative. am i HIV Free?

Look,it depends who you want to believe,if you want to believe the expert doctors here at medhelp then a DUO at 4 week+ is 99.89% accurate.So is an RNA by PCR at 2 weeks+.If you want to believe the CDC,FDA or the manufactures of the tests then 12 weeks is 100%,it's up to you and your doctor.

if i retest at 42 days? then it will be 100%?

Some Hiv experts would tell you that you are HIV free with that result and that test but CDC guidelines still say 12 weeks.
