Test required?

Fingered the vagina and rolled up the condom .during this bimistakely touche the tip inside with fluid...very concerned.,

NO as you have already been informed.

HIV is transmitted by:
Unprotected vaginal and/or anal sex
IV drug use
Mother to child during birth

No need to test for the above two exposure?is it really safe?i shouldnt be worried??

There are no HIV specific symptoms.  Time to move on.

Even if there were some blood in it?and what about to my first exposure ...m having a needleprick on my finger and toe tips ..is this a hiv symptoms?

i went to the club it was night in winter last year. December .when i was going to the step something cut my leg (probabably a broken beer bottle).m not sure if there wer some blood in it or not i didnt give much concern ..the brolen glass was on the floor and it cut my big toe tip..is it possible i might be infected if some blood wer there???
the reason m posting on same thread is that i feel u guys wont tke trouble to answer

Yes exactly ,as far i am aware there were not much wet on my hand but what concern me is that ,
it was right after fingering i possibly touched where the tip of condom touches my urethra..i did penetrate inside the condom too(no condom brokage)
..the reason why i am asking is i had a fever and sore throat after 1month and now its 4month im having a rashes alike pimpels in my face no other part of body  ,a slight throat pain,a needle prick sensation on fingers and toes.
nwe is it really safe to move on from these exposure?am i really not at risk?should i stop worrying for these?

If I am reading your question correctly, you fingered your partners vagina, then put on a condom. While rolling the condom onto your penis, you touched the tip of your penis with (possibly) HER fluids.

NO RISK NO NEED TO TEST
