Tests and rapid progressing.

Hello I had a violent illness 4 weeks after unprotected sex all ARS sounding symptoms except rash and sore throat.
I red online that the worse the illness is the faster the person progresses to Aids and current day tests do not pick up the antibodies due to the person progressing so fast. Is this true ? I had a test 6.5 months after it outta fear and now Iv been diagnosed with a ray of problems that I didn't have not think it's due to a weakened immune system. I have chronic rhinitis and GERD now.

I tested 6.5 months after exposure. I am worried this test was wrong due to rapid aids progression? I asked my GP and they weren't much help at all. Even said to me would you like me to print off your results so you can frame It on the wall :/
