Vitamin Supplement possibly causing my HIV symptoms??… Please help!!

Hello,

I am still trying to find the possible cause for these symptoms. I can only make two connections that could’ve caused these symptoms. These two prior incidences were exactly around the same time (both in July and symptoms showed up in August). The first one is an incident I had with my hiv+ friend (while we were talking she spit in my mouth. We both have bleeding gums) but Teak said I had no risk. Now I am thinking it could’ve been the vitamin supplement I started prior to the symptoms.
In early July I started a vitamin supplement (New Chapter organics every woman’s one daily) which I took for only about 1 week then I discontinued as I didn’t like the taste of it (horrible taste). A month later in early August that’s when the symptoms showed up. But if it were the vitamins meaning if I had some allergic reaction to them wouldn’t it show up immediately instead of after a whole month?? That’s why I somehow think it isn’t the vitamins.

-JULY:  HIV+ friend bloody spit.  Started vitamins (discontinued after 1 week)

-AUGUST:  Symptoms showed up

-SEPTEMBER: NOW! Still have the goosebumps like rash (not red), the brown/black spots, the night sweats, the muscle aches, the sensation of something crawling on my skin and the sleeplessness.

My symptoms were:
-Goosebumps like rash on my arms that itch (not red)
-Black, brown and red spots on my body
-Flu like symptoms (sore throat, fever, headaches, muscle stiffness/aches, chills, hot flashes)
-Swollen glands on neck and armpits
-Sore/white lesions inside mouth
-Night sweats
-Diarrhea
-Heavy feeling in my chest
-Tight/lump feeling in my throat
-Sensation of something crawling on my skin
-And sleeplessness

I went to the ER for these symptoms they said it could’ve been some kind of a virus (I didn’t tell them the incidents as I was afraid to get tested at that moment) and when I got my CBC blood work back my WBC seemed a little lower than what it usually is (it was a 5.9 and for as long as I can remember its always been around 7 or 8 and at times 9)
