The amount of HIV in Pap glandular secretions is the same as which in the saliva?

My friend tell me not to worried about the infection of HIV by  Pap glandular secretions because it's  impossible to be infected by the  Pap glandular secretions. And he said that the amount of HIV containing in the  Pap glandular secretions is the same as which in the saliva. We all know that the saliva will not infect the human so he conclude that the Pap glandular secretions would not infect human.
Was my friend is right or not? Anyone can please give a confirmation? Thanks.

WRONG ! ! !   NO YOUR FRIEND DID NOT GET HIV FROM ORAL SEX.

the "hangnail" situation that you are describing is not a risk for contracting hiv.

It's undisputable in science that oral sex can pose HIV risk. That friend of yours might've had unprotected sex and shared drug works.

And one can't get HIV from glandular secretion except if he/she's an infant.

1-  My case is that my hangnail was smashed and it felt a little bit stabbing pain.It seemd not bleeding at that time. And when I took off the condom, the hangnail cut touched a little bit vaginal fluids.
Is it possible for me to be infected and should I go to take a test ?Thanks.

2-I remembered that you had said  that the oral sex is safe. But one of my friend was infected by the oral sex. What's your comment on the issue? Thanks.
