The nurse's gloves have obvious blood! please help! HIV RISK

today I just got my finger pricked blood testing in the hospital , and I realized the nurse's gloves have blood, (I live in third world's country, the Health Care condition is very bad) I can see the blood is very obvious, but it's too late to ask her change her gloves, she had already used the needle and pricked my finger!

If her gloves have HIV and contaminate the needle , is that a risk? could I get HIV from that?

Please help ! I have a long time history of anxiety problem ! I don't know what to do

Once exposed to air, the virus breaks down almost immediately and cannot infect. That's why infection happens in the body where there is no exposure to air.

You had no risk.. Exposure to air would have made the virus (if any) unable to infect.
