Tinea Versicolor

Hi Doctor,
Appreciate your input on below two questions.

I had been exposed to a low risk HIV where after two weeks of exposure i notice fungal tinea versicolor on my neck, upper chest and my back where my doctor give me antifungal treatment. I am not sure if it was there before my exposure because of high Anxiety I start to look after my body for the HIV symptoms?

Q1. is Tinea Versicolr one of HIV early symptom, please advice?
Q2. I pass my 8 weeks after exposure, is that period enough to go and do a blood test to check my HIV status? can i be confident about the test result at this time or should I repeated at later stage?

thanks for your support.

I had a sex with unknow girl where I used a condom. But what worries me more is that I finger her vagina and my finger was not perfect (some cuts which was not blooding).

1. I read in this forum that these activities are low risk. Hope that an HIV specialist comment on that?

2. When I read about cause of tinea versicolor which I saw after two weeks of exposure on my neck, uper chest and my back. I found that "curbed immune system" is one of this cause where I am not sure if HIV come under it?

Please advice?

1- NO
2-what was your risk?
if you had a risk, a test at 8 weeks will give a fair indication of your status, however,
a test at 3 mths will be conclusive
