Tingling fingers today! Help

Hey everyone, so i had protected vaginalsex with a sex worker in Phuket around 6 weeks ago...bad idea and i atill regret it! During the 3rd week i experienced a sore throat and tiny white spots on my tonsills that went away within a day. Regarding condom breakage, it looked fine i didnt feel the condom break, and when i pulled out and took it off it seemed fine. I dont have any swollen lymph nodes or fever either. But i woke up today with tingling in my left hand and im startig to freak out! What are the odds that a small break in the condom couldve transmitted HIV?! Im also diagnosed with anxiety and chronic adjustment disorder so are any of these two related? Please someone help

You probably have also read that protected sex is not a risk for infection.

Thanks paranoidstd. But what about my tingling hands? I read that it can be a symptom of early HIV infection
