Tip in - risk in this situation

We had shower and weused intimate hygiene gel, it was slippery, he started rubbing his penis against my anus and accidentally put the tip of his penis inside, I felt pain and jumped back. It lasted max 3 seconds. The question is: could I get infected this way? Did the intimate hygiene gel deactivate the virus more? There was a lot of it and 'it served as a lubricant'. Of course, I don't believe he has HIV, I'm just asking in case.

No, you aren't going to get HIV or any STD from 3 seconds of penetration. HIV isn't that easy to get, and you would need to have full-on penetration and rubbing that happens when deliberate intercourse occurs. A few seconds isn't long enough or vigorous enough to transmit HIV.
