Oral Sex and ARS

I visited a 'sexworker', I say that but vaginal sex was not on offer. I went for a massage but was also offered hand relief or unprotected oral - I went for the oral. I do not know her HIV status. I didn't even think of a HIV risk from this until 3 weeks after. What drew me to this site was looking up symptoms I started having 23 days after the visit - fatigue, aches all over, fever, night sweats, sore throat (not aware of any rash) - these all came on over a few days and then were gone in just over a week. The symptoms on several sites pointed me towards early HIV symptoms/ARS and the timing seemed to fit also. Just to confirm, there was no vaginal sex protected or unprotected, just receiving oral to completion.

I am very worried as the symptoms and timing seem to fit perfectly. How worried should I be and should I test?

Oral sex is not a risk. See your doctor to get to the bottom of your discomforts, HIV is not your problem.
