To Teak and others...

I just want to know...I asked Dr. HHH about something like this before but not everything I wanted to know.

If someone had sex one time and contracted HIV and also another STD or Hepatitis from that ONE exposure, would an antibody test still detect HIV by 3 months?

Basically, since someone got 2 things (HIV and another STD) from one exposure, would there be any delays on the results of either??  Thanks

Thanks.  The only reason I keep asking this question is b/c I once heard of a woman who became coinfected with HIV and HCV at the same time and her antibodies were not detected for HIV for months and months later.  Does this only happen to people with IV drug use?...thanks
