Toilet Bowl....Please Answer No Risk or High Risk?

i would just like to ask if my recent experience is with risk of HIV transmission., I just finish ******** on the office bathroom., while doing that I feel the water splash from my *******.,
now my question is
1.if the water from the bowl have blood of an hiv+ would i be at risk?
2.if the first one who use the toilet bowl have hiv would it transmit also ?
3.if the toilet seats have blood on it ad went to my ******* that is hiv risk also?

No risk, HIV is not trasmitted from enviromantal objects no matter what.
