am I at risk?

I've been having unprotected oral sex with my partner (swallowing most of the time). He tells me that he's had 3 previous partners and all of them were either virgins or tested to be safe. I think I'm just being extremely paranoid, but there's no telling if he or his partners were telling the truth. However, the community that we live in does not have a high STD rate. I'm just wondering what are the risks of me becoming HIV infected if I've only had oral sex with him? Thank you very much

Besides saliva, you have stomach acids that inhibits HIV.

Thank you for the answer.

Sorry to be a bother, but just wondering even if semen goes down your throat and to your stomach, you still won't have a chance of contracting it? Why is that?

If you have good oral hygiene, Zero. Your chances of contracting other STDs is greater and easier to contract.
