Hi Expert and Doctor,
I have a few questions about HIV risk from oral sex when the person performing it has blood in their mouth and saliva and also questions about vaginal fingering with cut on finger.
I was receiving unprotected oral sex from a CSW and i pulled out and a stream of bloody saliva feel out of her mouth. She does not know his HIV status and assuming that she engaged in unprotected sex with various partners. So i am not sure if she had HIV or not....my question:
1) Is what risk am i at (as insertive or receptive partner in unprotected oral sex) with blood in her mouth/saliva.
2) I searched the other expert questions and saw it repeated that unprotected oral sex is considered low risk. However for my case, there is actual blood in the mouth/saliva with unprotected oral sex, wouldn't the increase the risk.
3) i did not fingering her vaginal. But just assume that i did the vaginal fingering and assuming that the finger with a cut, what is the risk of getting the HIV.
4) Is PCR test effective and what is the accuracy?
Hope to hear from you soon.
