Unprotected Oral Sex & STDs

I know there has been many questions about this but I guess different situations face different risks. Here's mine:

A week ago I received unprotected oral sex (felatio) from a woman who I later gave unprotected oral sex (cunillingus). During this same opportunity I fingered the woman. There was no vaginal or anal sex whatsoever.

After some days my testicles and groin turned red. I am not sure if this is related to the felatio.

I don't know if this person has STDs.

Can I get HIV from either receiving a blow job or giving cunnilingus?
Are red testicles a symptom of an STD?
Should I get tested for HIV?

Thanks

Having severe anxiety after Unprotected Oral sex (receptive with ejaculation) (10/08) started feeling weird from next day. I am paranoid about the fact that The guy used poppers... makes me worried if he uses other stuff/does riskier things.. !
I am already very worried! I tried to get that guy tested.. He is not picking up Phone.. I have started the countdown to testing .. don't know which test to get.. To get me peace of mind. I have sore throat, whitish spot on Tonsils, Foul breath odor , fast heart rate and feverish ( ranged from 98.2 to 99.2) today . I am very very worried The only sex I had in last 2 months is 2 receptive Oral sex... with ejaculation.

Thanks Teak and sorry to make an open question about STDs.

About HIV... so you are saying it doesn't matter how rough the oral sex was... the risk is always close to zero?

Also... what if my penis just touched the vagina but did not penetrated it? Is that a risk?

Thanks again

You don't have an HIV concern and you'll need to post any STD questions in the STD Forum.
