Unprotected Sex Scare

First and foremost imma say I'm scared as heck and I dunno what I was thinking! But just earlier today I responded to an ad online for gay anal. So I replied (first time ever doing this) and it was an anonymous scene lights dim no face etc. So I go over rim the guy for a bit and inserted my penis in him for about 5 min ejeculated in him and left. Now I asked if he was clean And asked if he was on prep and HIV- he asked what is that so I explained what it is to him. He replies back with No I'm not I'm STD FREE. So every time I ask if he's HIV- he never gives me a definite yes I'm HIV- which leads me to believe he is HIV+.... now I'm freaking out a bit. I have no abrasions or cuts on my penis at all and I'm circumcised. What is the likelyhood I have HIV now???

You definitely have a risk for HIV! Since it has been less than 72 hours since this encounter, I would STRONGLY advise you to go to the ER or an HIV clinic and begin PEP treatment immediately! Please do not put it off.........the sooner you begin PEP, the greater the chance it will work.
I wish you the very best
