Unprotected oral and protected vaginal but oral thrush

Hi , I had unprotected oral and protected vaginal with escort and found out that she I HIV +...after 3 weeks of exposure I am having oral thrush. I went to ENT an he confirmed and gave me Nystain, which is not working and it's been 6 days now And I still have thrush. From the day I had this encounter I am in super stress and I am totally convinced that I am HIV+..I am also having burping and acid reflux problem after the second week of exposure and my ENT was saying thrush can be because of this. Can you please help whether thrush is sign of ARS. I don't have any other issues and it's been a month since exposure now. I also tested rapid hIv at 4 week mark and was negative but I know this is too early. Please help me

Yes like i said there are a lot of things that can cause oral thrush. And yes oral thrush is very common with a lot of people. Talk to your Dr. about treatment options.

Thanks a lot, may be its a coincidence and stress might be causing it to appear and after my encounter I have become obsessed by looking at my throat, tongue, rashes every 2-3 hrs. Do you think anxiety and little acid reflux might be the cause

There are a lot of things that can cause oral thrush. When it comes to HIV never go by symptoms they can be very misleading.

I went to ENT and he confirmed me I have thrush 7 days back and since than I am taking nyastin but has not helped me that's why I am asking is Oral thrush possible in early HIV or ARS? Sorry for asking so much on this

So Teak, Thrush is not sign of ARS? I am confused because this is All over the web that thrush is early HIV infection indication. Can this be attributed to stress and acid reflux

No it is not. You had no risk for HIV from your above exposure.
