Unprotected oral sex with possible HIV+

I had my first gay experience with an unknown male. He performed oral sex on me, deepthroating until I ejaculated. He then continued on for another 10 minutes.

Two weeks later I started getting I'll feeling with heavy fatigue. My throat became dry and inflamed. The doctors believed it was some kind of flu having low grade fevers, white tongue, extreme
Fatigue.

On third week, post exposure I had a blood test taken for HIV. At 3 1/2 weeks impatience got to me and I paid for a quick (30minute Elisa test) with std panel. All came back negative including the test at 3 weeks.
Symptoms continued, extreme fatigue and sore throat, thrush on my tongue became more intense,
Diarrihea came and lasted a couple days. By 4 weeks and one day I got another HIV test, it came back negative.

I'm at 5 weeks right now feeling better with some slight fatigue still and shooting pain in armpit.
At 4 1/2 weeks I went to see an HIV specialist who took blood to see of there was any other std or cause for concern.

She called me back today (no HIV test was taken due to the negative 3 days before) and told me everything looked good. I told her I was still worried about HiV she then looked closer and said lack
Of proteins would give me a good sign of HIV. I have a test with them at the end of the month. Everything seems to be settling(hopefully not the antibodies finally appearing).

I was going to ask the doc but ill throw this out there to see if anyone has any feedback on my situation.
Never was I ever that I'll before. Finally feeling better not sure of that's bc
Antibodies are finally kicking in.

Thanks for some assurance. Still very worried because of how Ill I got with nearly every symptom. Including thrush with tongue sores and I've never encountered any oral complications before. And the feeling of melaise and Ill with the extreme fatigue was very new to me as well. Just hard to believe I encountered this illness related to every HIV symptom.

Oral sex is no risk. Deep or shallow throat.   Period.
