Unprotected sex with prostitute -- multiple symptoms

Hi, thanks for having this site.
I am a 26 year old male with HSV2.  I had unprotected sex with a prostitute 23 days ago.  It lasted all of 30 seconds before ejaculation.
She did not look very healthy when I saw her in the sunlight afterwards, but she seemed very confident that she was disease-free.
4 days after exposure I broke out with 2 sores, one on the top of my penis and one on the bottom.  They both took much longer to heal than they normally do.  After they healed I got two more on either side underneath the glans.
These were the only symptoms until last week, when I started to develop dry skin.  3 days ago I got a sore on my upper lip, which has since healed.  I have been experiencing unusual pain in my joints, muscles, and tendons, in various parts of my body.
I have a transient ache in my left testicle.
A couple of days ago I got white dry skin on the soles of my feet, and some kind of red bumps on my inner thighs and buttocks.  I have also been feeling a burning sensation across my upper back, the backs of my arms, and sometimes my forehead and the back of my head.  I have also gotten some scabs/eczema on the tops of my hands/knuckles.
So far there has been no fever, only occasional headaches, no sore throat or congestion, no lymphadenopathy, and no macopapular rash.
I was tested yesterday and it came back negative, but am going to go back in maybe a week from now.

Do these symptoms sound like ARS?  I have been under a GREAT deal of stress for a long time before this.
Also, would herpes coinfection with HIV possibly extend the window for seroconversion?

OK, so I talked to the woman and asked her some questions.  She said that she doesn't have HIV, pretty emphatically.  She denied being an injection drug user, and she said she always uses condoms.
Somehow I don't believe her.

You mean even after initial HSV2 infection you can have major problems from it apart from a couple of genital sores?
I caught it about 11 months ago and never sought treatment.

I have a history of convincing myself that I have HIV.  Why I had this encounter I have no clue.  I have been so paranoid that I think that this woman intentionally timed up her profession to optimize her viral output and give me HIV.

You symptoms dont seem to be related to ARS!! BUT they do sound a lot like HSV-2...which causes dry skin etc....I know first hand!!
