Hi I had oral sex with a man male to male I had symptoms or thought I had symptoms of his I have tiny red spots on my arm and white toung was yellow I have had the 4th generation antibody/antigen test at 4 weeks exposure which came back negative and now 8 weeks negative of exposure and I keep thinking am infecting everyone around me etc and my mind is not at rest because of the window period issues, also apparently I can be hiv positive and still test negative all the time I have tiny red spot on the left arm I've been fit and healthy maybe little tickle cough this is according to Ibase so how is that possible to test negative and be positive at the same time ? I need my anxiety reducing please help they said they won't test again at the 3 month mark thank you I had a full blood count also and my immune system is normal also I know even that woudnt show hiv but apparently

This has happened to people before plus I lost weight felt fatigue diarrhoea etc unless it's my anxiety creating the symptoms I just want all of this to stop to be honest the oral sex was both ways and ever since I feel like I've been infecting everyone around me for some reason how realiable are the tests ? so also the p24 would still be picked up at this time? Am not even sure he pre cum in me at all it lasted like 5 minutes. Am 30 year old degree student which it is effecting my studies

You are hiv negative. And you tested with a 4th gen test at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. This test will look for the virus and antibodies. If you were infected you will test positive on both or one of this. And your exposure was just oral sex and is not risk for hiv. And your test proves you are hiv negative. Move on with your life.
