Vaginal Fluid on hands

The good doctors on this site have repeatedly said that there is no risk of exposure from masturbating with fresh vaginal fluids on your hands.  However, just about every other site on line says that masturbating with someone else's vaginal fluids on your hands is risky.  Obviously I'd like to believe the doctors on this site but the fact that I've had sinus issues and my ears have been clogged for 5 months tells me the other guys might be right.

Plus, it just seems logical that if you had an infected persons fluids on your hands and then touched your urethra that there should at least be a chance of infection.  Maybe they've never done a study on this because most people that would have this kind of exposure would most likely have other more risky exposures that could be blamed for the contraction.

So my questions for anyone who takes the time to help me are this:

1.  Why are the doctors so sure that this isn't possible when every other site says that it is?
2.  Has there ever been a study done to test the actual risk of contracting the disease in this manner?
3.  Please offer any personal thoughts

You never had a risk and don't need testing.

I get it Teak.  Thanks for the response.  Honestly I don't know how you have time to respond to everybody on here.  To devote yourself to the well being of others in such a time consuming and selfless way is nothing short of inspirational.  That being said I am in serious need of your experienced mind.

So I know you're time is valuable but could you answer something for me?  So I had a negative HIV 1/2 test through my PC physician.  My risks within 3 months were 3 instances 1.) Unprotected oral, protected vaginal and then took off condom and masturbated (hence my earlier questions) 10 1/2 weeks prior to test.  2.) Protected vaginal took condom off and masturbated again 60 days prior.  3.)  Protected vaginal 54 days prior.

The condoms were in tact each time although I never really checked, I just know I had to remove them after and they never appeared broken in any way.

So my only risk by your estimation was unpro oral 10 1/2 weeks prior to the negative test right?  However I've read on this board that that is basically low to no risk as well.

However, I had itchy mosquito bite like hives (4 weeks, 12 days and 6 days from each risk).  Then my wife had every ARS symptom in the book about a week after that (except no rash).

After reading this board and listening to the doctors I've tried to accept my negative test as conclusive.  However, I have had Eustachian tube dysfunction and swollen nasal passages for 5 months now (started 2 months after last risk).  My wife has had sinus issues as well and extremely bad acne which is fairly unusual for her.

Sorry for the long message, again I know you're busy, but does any of this sound like I should be concerned?  Would you get another test if you were me?
