Vaginal Fluids

Hi there, I've posted a previous question on the forum previously but would just like some clarification on a few things if that is okay?

In my encounter with a sex worker, if the vaginal fluids exited her vagina and were on the condom. And that condom ripped and the vaginal fluids entered my penis through the urethra could I have gotten HIV?

Also can you help make sense of my my swollen lymph nodes on my neck, and what is expected from someone who is HIV+ with swollen lymph nodes? I have two rather large lymph nodes, about 1 cm in size, they are fairly hard. I haven't had any other symptoms, besides from a tightness in my throat.

I would greatly appreciate the advice. Thankyou.

No, HIV can not infect anyone outside. Swollen lymph nodes may be due to any infection, not necessarily due to HIV

Does HIV become inactive when it is outside the host vagina?
The vaginal fluid on condom came into contact with my penis and urethra is that a risk?

Can you help make sense of my swollen lymph nodes?

It ripped while I was receiving a handjob, she pulled to hard and I think thats when it ripped. She then removed the condom and continued to give me a handjob.

If it ripped off inside her, then you are at risk, generally condoms fail during sex when you are inside her

the condom did not roll of, it ripped... could that affect it? meaning that any vaginal fluids at the tip of the penis on the condom could have gotten in?

If your condom remain intact and did not fail during the sex (I am sure i did not fail otherwise you would have known it), then there is no way under the sky on the planet that you could get HIV through contact of her vaginal fluids while rolling off the condom
