Vaginal intercourse and oral sex

I am 25 male. I had unprotected vaginal sex with a sex worker on 25th of feb this year, suddenly after 6 weeks i started reading blogs on the internet and felt most of the symptoms of HIV.
I had hiv 1&2 p24 antigen test on 19th of April which came back negative, on the same day i had unprotected oral sex or received blowjob in other words and I'm not sure about her status. Later on i repeated the same test on 30th of April which was also negative.

Could you please answer some of my questions;
1. Can i trust 9 week duo HIV test for the vaginal exposure.
2. can i have HIV from receiving blowjob. Do i need HIV test for this exposure.
3. I don't have any real HIV symptoms so far, but i cant get this out of my head. What should i do?

Take another test if you are concerned and collect your negative result and move on.

I forgot to mention i have been taking lot of medicines from last 45 days. Some for acne, some for abdominal issues and i also took four different kind of antibiotics and still taking doxycycline from last 20 days.

Do you think these medicines are causing these problems.

From last two days i have sore throat with mucus, muscles pain, stomach problems with constipation and loose both, mild itching, mild testicles pain, discomfort in top of pinnes feels like burning and there is some thing wrong with my neck, chest and armpit it feels like swollen lymph nodes.
I must tell you that i am smoking a lot since i have facing HIV anxiety, like 2 and half packets a day.

I am continuously thinking that i am HIV POS and i have infected my wife whom i love a lot.

I feel guilty about two mistakes ever did in my life, it feels like how will i face my wife and my family. I always think God might have punished me on the mistakes i did.

Keeping in my mind my two exposures:
1. Unprotected vaginal on 24th of feb.
2. Oral insertive (BJ) on 18th of April

HIV duo 4th gen on:
1. 18th of April. (7 weeks from vaginal exposure)
2. 30th of April  ( 10 days from oral exposure)

Please suggest me what should i do, do i need any more testing because of feeling so many HIV symptoms. I have to go all the way to Dubai for testing because the country where i live (saudi arabia) will really shut me down for my whole life if they come to know I am HIV positive.

My wife is complaining about vaginal burning and feet itching and feel little tiredness sometime.

So, i don't need any further HIV testing?

After i had oral sex i have been facing some of the symptoms which includes; burning while urinating, frequent urination, mild testicles pain. Which has gone away after taking lot of antibiotics.

Could you please tell me what type of STI this could be, i took doxycycline, cipro, and one more antibiotic for which i don't remember the name.

Now i don't feel these symptoms anymore, but now i face new series of symptoms like, itching all over my body, stomach problems like bloating and gas and very little pain in my neck. I went to see urologist, he said there is nothing to worry about.

Its like whenever i feel little pain in my body, i certainly think of HIV

9 week test after Last exposure is unlikley to change At your 12 week test.  Just to reduce your stress, hiv spécialiste most of then say that a 6 week duo is conclusive after 6 weeks
