HIV from Plant Thorn Prick

I have an HIV+ friend who got pricked with thorn of a plant. I also got pricked my finger with the same thorn of the same plant like 10 secs. after him while checking out. Will this put me under risk?

It was a rose, so when he got pricked with the thorn I took the rose from his hand to help and I also got pricked..

BTW thanks Teak for the answer.
