Very tiny scab from shaving face, risk of contracting HIV?

Hello, this morning I shaved my face and i just cut myself on the chin, it's very small, not deep and dried. I gave oral to a transexual woman, no orgasm, but is there a chance of precum hitting the dry cut and infecting me with HIV? She was clean, but im not sure if I should bother getting testing.

Although, I am slightly panicking because of the shave.
