Viral Load Question

i read on another website that if you have been infected with HIV and your viral load remains sky high it is possible to test negative even though your infected. is this true ?

No, that is not correct. PCR tests, are not approved to be used to diagnose HIV

No, i didnt mention PCR testing, i mean when you become infected your viral load would be sky high right ? and gradually this drops right ? if an inderviduals remained sky high for months and months on end would you test negative ?

You mentioned viral load didn't you? How do you think they get a viral load count?
