please am scared

last night my friend a lady came to sleep in my room, then around 2am at night she said she was going back to her room,I went and close the door collected my lamp from her, then about 6am this morning I saw about three drops of blood on my bedsheet and I am certain there are from her.then when I said I collected my lamp from her,am scared maybe she had blood on the lamp because after collecting the lamp I went straight to bed and I inserted my finger in my eye to remove some dirts, then 6am I told you about,I took my phone and I saw some liquid on it,saying this because the phone was on the same bed we slept on together and later I went to the toilet although it doesn't look like blood then I went to watch my hand without soap then I realise I have I cuticle on my finger although it has healed but tiny mark is there and the water I was use to wash the finger I saw liquid touched the hand that has cuticle.also I realise that she went to my kitchen when she woke, well am gonna go pour my soup away cause am just taking precautions.please although I know u might've' gotten tired of reading this but just help me.please reading all this am I at risk?

No this is not a risk, blood outside of the body like this is not a risk. HIV is very fragile and is inactive outside the body.

You're exhibiting paranoid, irrational thoughts.

I would encourage you to get professional help for that.  You simply will NEVER have a risk for HIV with the kinds of stuff you're asking about.

You would either have to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex with an infected person, OR share IV drugs/drug works.  That's it.
