Warming hands and feet???

Hello I am 18 years old I have a warming sensation in my right hand and foot in the evening only...I have always had protected insertive sex but I have also had unproteced oral gave and received several times. So does this weird sensation have anything to do with an std? Just curious...Thanks in advance...
