Giving oral, risks?

Hello, very nice community here with a wealth of information.

I'm sure this has already been asked, but I felt the need to after getting conflicting answers from google.

A few days ago I had an encounter with another male. I do not know his HIV status.

I performed oral sex on him (that makes me the receptive partner I believe?), maybe for a minute, two minutes tops, I did deep throat his penis several times. He did not finish in my mouth, although I'm pretty sure I tasted pre-cum. My oral hygiene isn't the greatest, I have a few a cavities and my gums bleed a lot when I brush them.

Is this an effective way to obtain HIV? Reading things like high viral load, no or low risks, etc from all sorts of sources has my mind racing. Should I take an HIV test after 6 weeks?

I appreciate any information you can give me, I'm worried sick.
