HELP ME!!! Pleaseeeeeeeeee!!! :-(((

Hello to everyone,
I tested for HIV a month after possible exposure,
but then again I decided to test at 9 weeks from my possible exposure,
both came back negative.
The tests were by labcorp ICMA HIV 1/0/2 antibody test.
I don't know about the accuracy and which generation is it by comparing to ELISA tests.
But all I know is that now about 4 months has passed from my sexual encounter and i had a sinusitis & coughing that started a month after that, and I'm still having it, I'm a bit better but I took different kinds of antibiotics
now this last one is augmentin, before I used ciprofloxa..500.
My throat is irritated and my throat lymphs are swollen a little,
today I went for giving the test, the doc was a woman who made me panic more
she told me that 9 weeks is not enough and the signs that I have it could possibly be HIV infection sign,
they took my blood for test and today my day was like hell & still is!!!
How possible is that my test result gonna change ??? I mean from negative at 9 week point (2 months)to positive at
4 month point????????????
I'm really really sad about this besides Im so scared of being positive?!
I would appreciate you doctors advice or any experienced professional
thanx a million

Hi Elias11,

I understand the panic you are going through now, calm down first and read carefully.

You are misunderstanding NickOne7's reply to you. He is telling you that you had no risk of getting hiv. As long as your condom remained intact while you were haivng vaginal sex, you will not get hiv. Whether or not it was inside-out, or outside-in. The hiv virus is quickly inactivated once outside the body and exposed to air, and it cannot pass through intact latex.

Oral sex poses no risk for hiv.

Because you cannot possibly get hiv from your activities in the first place, your 9 weeks test is 100% reliable, and proved to you that you did not get hiv from the activities you described.

You do not need another test at 4 months. But if you choose to do it anyway, it is going to be negative.

Until you  trust the advice you have been given, or have another test done, there is nothing much else this forum can help you with. I hope you have a good thinking through about this.

Take care.

May God bless

I'm not talking risks, I need to know how reliable was my test done at 9 weeks?
How likely is to change from 9 week NEGitive to 4 month Positive?
I'm having this swollen lymphs in my throat.
And that young woman doc made me panic more.

This is not a risk, The fluids would become inactive and unable to infect while you were receiving your oral sex in both exposures.

You do not have HIV

the woman doc whom I met was young late 20's
maybe around 28 or 30
so she is not an old school one
everyone has different opinions
some say 6 weeks, some say 13 weeks some say even 4 weeks is enough! I don't get it,
how reliable is my test done at 9 weeks?
How likely is to change from NEGitive to Positive?
My possible exposure was I used just one condom & used it several times improperly,
first I used it normaly after tired of intercourse, took it off so she performed oral, then again used it, but this time inside out, again took it off she
performed oral & again inside out again inside out .... I was drunk
Some say this is high risk & stupid
some say no risk
some say a little risky
what I know is I did a test at 9 week point and result came negative NOW what I need to know is how reliable was my test done at 9 weeks?
How likely is to change from 9 week NEGitive to 4 month Positive?

most people show HIV at six weeks. The woman giving you that info is old school. But however to be sure you are neg for the rare people who turn pos late three months is conclusive.
