Very worried man

Well, 2 weeks ago, I had unprotected sex with a CSW in Colombia. I got a STD (my doctor said me Gonorrhea). I took Azytromicine 2 gr one doze and Cipro 3 days 2 times at day. Currenty I have lymph nodes in pelvis, neck and groid, and have a little pain in my testicles.  I the last monday, I got a baseline HIV test negative.

Which are my odds for be HIV+?

Thanks to all.

I'm not going to guess at your "odds" of having contracted HIV, but your risk was very high. I don't understand why the doctor you saw did not recommend that you test for HIV...........very sloppy on his part. I would recommend you test at 28 days post this exposure with a 4th generation DUO test. The lab techs who draw your blood will give you any and all follow up testing required.
I wish you the very best.
