as Dr.HHH comments says DUO at 4th week (28 th day ) is 99.98% ok
but with 3 months confirmation it is 100%

i already had PCR (Viral Load) at 13th day it was Negative.
also i had ELISA HIV Test at 13th day it was also Negative.
im planing to test on 31st day for DUO.

As I am a UK resident and no from USA, it's kind of difficult for me to answer, but i'll do my best.

There are a number of PCR test brands available for use in the USA but they aren't used much because they are so much more expensive than antibody tests.

They test for RNA in the HIV itself rather than the antibody that the body would make to the antigen.

Ensure that you are taking this test 3 months after your potential exposure

The PCR and P24 Antigen tests are only accurate for recent infections, so if it has been a recent exposure then you will need to wait for the antibody test at 3 months.

For more information on other testing services, consult your Genito-Urinary doctor or physician.
