What is happening on me???

9 weeks ago I have an exposure, After having oral sex and protected insertive sex, the guy sit on my penis for like 2 seconds with no condom, 5 weeks after I have a little allergy for 3-4 days with canker sores then next week I have a low fever with headaches in the back of my head, for 2 days with fatigue I just felt weird, now after 8 weeks I have developed rhinitis with little headaches, I'm taking med and its getting better, I also have something swollen above my left nostril is red and it pains when I touch it ,  in the back of my head I feel I little ball 1/2 inch above my hair line, I may also have the lymph nodes of my right side neck swollen, I have at quick blood test on week 4 and week 8 neg,... Are this ARS symptoms?, Can the antibodies show up at week 8 even with the symptons?,  Thanks for your help...

I don't know a lot of ARS symptoms but I know your symptoms do not match up to ARS. test at 3 months for conclusive results.
