What is my HIV risk from receptive fellatio?

About 8 months ago, I engaged in unprotected, receptive fellatio and my mouth was exposed to ejaculate for about 5 seconds before spitting and rinsing with mouthwash.  I was under the impression that this was a zero risk activity for HIV transmission, failing the presence of bleeding gums or mouth sores (which I did not have).  However, I've recently come across sources that claim the risk of transmission from an HIV+ partner is between 1 - 26 in 2,500 instances, depending on if they're in the acute or chronic stage of infection.  There is no evidence to suggest my partner was HIV+, but I am not certain of his status.  What exactly is my HIV risk?

The given statistics of 1-26 in 2,500 is not authentic and accurate. Receptive oral has been considered to be a Zero risk activity, and could be taken as a "theoretical" risk only which means, a risk without an evidence of a reported case. Performing oral was however a low risk activity according to some studies where a very small number of incidents involving ejaculation essentially.

In my opinion, your risk does not exists, even your partner turns out to be an HIV+

Thanks.  That's what I suspected, but it's nice to have some reassurance.
