What is my risk for HIV

Dear doctor,

I recently made some very poor decisions and wanted some clarity after coming down to a sickness.

1) 2 months ago I went to a massage parlor while in Hawaii ( I was drinking and had a big argument with my girlfriend earlier in the evening). I had no clue it was going to be full sex they offered but I ended up having sex with an asian sex worker. I used a condom and it never broke or slipped. Sex was about 5 minutes. The girl seemed very clean about 25 or so.

2) A couple weeks ago I was out partying while on a different vacation in South Beach. On our way back to the hotel I was approached by a prostitute in her 20s. I unfortunately decided to sleep with her. I had condoms on me and she proceeded to try to give me felatio with a condom on. I was sort of buzzing from alcohol so I was unable to become errect. That was about 1 minute outside of the hotel. Then I threw that condom away and we went to room. She did same thing with another fresh condom but again I could not get errect. I tried to rub my penis on her vagina but it was still flacid. Mind you it was completely covered by the condom still. Then I was able to penetrate about an inch or so for about 10 seconds but I gave up due to the whisky dick. I then fingered her while I masterbated with other hand. The condom was on while doing this and this lasted for about 1 minute and I ejaculated in condom. I then washed by hands and carefully washed around my penis while holding the shaft upward (to prevent splashing of any juices that may have been around my penis. After i was sure I did that, I took a shower and washed my hands and penis tip.  My big question is this. After having removed the condom, could her juices on my fingers possibly have given me hiv if I accidentally touched the opening of my penis briefly, while washing it?  What was my overall risk for HIV assuming she had it?

And if that was not enough, I made one other stupid mistake in this trip. 4 days after the Miami sex worker experience I had met a group of girls at the beach from Czech with some guy friends. We drank with them and had dinner and by the end of the night one of the girls wanted to have a threesome with me and my guy buddy. So like jackasses, we decided to do it. I went down on her and she gave me oral sex. Both oral sex was unprotected. I also had sex with her for about 5 to 10 minutes with a condom. It never broke and was on fully.

I did not sleep at all that night (and hardly slept during the previous nights of late nights and drinking). So an hour or so after I left the Czech girl I started to feel sick. I was coughing, and just felt a sickness coming on. that entire day I felt run down and didnt sleep till that night. I went to a health clinic and got a z pack antibiotics and some cough syrup. That night my forehead was burning up and i woke up in the middle of the night needing water. I was coughing up gobs of brown phlegm and I felt pretty run down. Next day I had no fever but I felt a very slight sore throat in the morning. it went away in about an hour after waking up and never came back. Other symptoms I noticed was night sweats for about 4 days, diarrhea and night chills one day 1 and 2 of the illness. Cold windy weather would make me feel worse. After I got sick my concern was I got HIV from the prostitute #2. I am very scared, ashamed and remorseful but I have learned my lesson. Please let me know if this sounds like I put myself at a big risk for HIV?

Thank you

Dumb Buddy
