What is the real risk of HIV from oral sex?

From what I hear, it is seen by some as a low risk, so low that it is considered only "theoretical". And from what I hear, some believe it poses no risk at all.

If it were a low risk, how much lower would it be compared to actual intercourse? Only a bit lower, or a lot?

Are there any number estimates on this subject?

You have a higher chance of a piano falling on top of your head than getting HIV from oral sex.

Actual quote from an HIV expert.

Numerous studies have been done stating their is no risk for oral sex. The data and studies show that unprotected vaginal and anal sex are the risks for transmitting HIV.

It's not a matter of how much. Unprotected intercourse is a risk and oral sex isn't.
