How accurate is a Oraquick test?

it miine 10 weeks test todai, in about an hours
omg i cant even stand....

i came down there this morning and they dont do Oraquick until monday.......man now they give a nightmare again....

i develop swollen gland under armpit and neck and this morning i have dryy mouth too
wat happen ? is my 8 weeks test negative prove im not infected?
what is all that symptom means

By the way, OraQuick is considered to be as accurate as the regular blood draw ELISA.
