Whats my risk? please help!

I recently had a sexual encounter with a girl (I'm a guy).  We deeply kissed and I used my fingers (for quite some time), I also recieved oral (very briefly but after she moved her hands from her vagina to her mouth and back and couple times) and had protected sex with her.  Later, I noticed that 2 of the fingers that I used had healing cuts on them from being a skin and nail biter and I also bit my lip pretty bad during the night which scares me too (I also kissed her before and after all of it).

I have knowledge that she once had chlamydia but supposedly took the antibiotics and was cured.  She apparently took a test before and after our encounter and came clean and let me know. (but how can I trust this?)

Roughly 1-2 days after exposure I developed a sore throat, fever, night sweats, fatigue, tiredness, and a little diarrhea.  I went to the doctors and he gave me antibiotics for tonsillitis.  I took these but my symptoms were already fading away by this point and they disappeared within 1-2 days after the medicine.  The bite on my lip also swelled up and seemed like it had pus or something around the area but cleared up pretty quickly after.  These symptoms lasted roughly a week give or take (but started RIGHT after possible exposure).  I would say if I had swollen lymph-nodes but I am not an expert and have not an idea on how to tell exactly.  I tried and was worried by what I felt but am unsure if they've been swollen or my mind has just been racing.

It had been a little over a 2 weeks and I have occasional tiredness (2 days ago the tiredness lasted all day and kept me from being productive) and I also have noticed that the diarrhea had been getting a little more noticeable since it started out more in tact and is now totally not.  I've had a loss of appetite lately and threw up this morning (I suspect this may be from my mental state that I put myself in, the drinking I did the night before, or the cough trying to clear my throat in the morning that triggered it).  I also have lost some weight (4-6 lbs) which is weird because I already am very light to begin with and have little to spare, and have weighed much more in the past.

I am not sure if these symptoms are from the anxiety, stress, depression from recent events (break-up), or an STD.  I have also had problems with my penis since this event; it hasn't been working the same I used to be a torpedo for as long as I wanted and now am a sponge that slowly fills with water and is hard to maintain (if you understand).  This makes me think that it is in my head more-so.  Besides that, it all has been worrying me.

Please let me know if I should keep worrying!  I am going to get tested but when should I do this?  What are my chances of having contracted something because these symptoms truly are making me live in fear.  I keep telling myself that I don't have anything but I can't stop thinking that I do.  I really hope tonsillitis was the right diagnosis and there is nothing more to it.

Pre-thank you for your help, time, and consideration of my circumstance.  I really do appreciate any professional help I can get at this point.

I did stop because the lymph nodes were my last concern and your answer cleared it up a little.  My last question was a question to gain knowledge, but it's alright if you don't want to share your knowledge with me (even though it may have been easier to type the answer than to type a snappy response).  And I am going to go see my doctor today.

STOP WITH THE SELF DIAGNOSING ! ! ! !

if you are having health concerns...see your doctor...ITS NOT HIV RELATED.

Thank you, it's just that my mind is racing a trillion times a minute, as you should understand, due to the mental circumstance I've put myself in.  May I ask what abnormal sized lymph nodes are?

I'm no expert but I'd say their somewhat risen to the surface.  If I just lightly move my finger over the skin without pressure I can feel it protrude a little and if I poke it and feel around it, it feels like a pea or a little smaller.

I wouldn't worry too much sweetie. Just one question, are the bumps on your neck risen to the surface or are they deep in your neck?

A response would be nice before my visit to the doc tomorrow if possible.  Much appreciated, thank you.

Last night before I went to sleep I put my hands under my neck to prop it up and I felt a small firm bead like bump about halfway down the neck under my ear.  I felt the other side and had the same so I looked up lymph node positions on the web and sure enough this is what they most likely are (almost positive).  I then felt around where others were said to be held in the body and am like 50% sure that the ones by my groin may have been swollen as well.  It is now 6'o'clock the day after noticing and they are still apparent.  I realize that Teak may have "answered" my question but in the state that I'm in a new development to my knowledge requires some more feedback.  It is now roughly 16 days since possible exposure IF my partner was HIV+.  I also woke up with what seems to be oral thrush (or an unusual amount of white stuff on my tongue and even a little around my lips).  I am no expert so my self-diagnosis may not be completely correct but I am a very smart person so I don't say things without ground.

Another thing is that I drank a lot of cough syrup last night which led to me having a dry mouth (one of the side effects) and apparently when this happens and your asleep, white stuff is said to grow way faster.  (could swollen lymph nodes be from this or even my previous cause of tonsillitis or the antibiotics/quitting of them?)  I started to take them again just in case.

I have some questions that could use some answering, thank you:

1.  Is there any risk in having vaginal fluids in finger cuts?  I fingered her for like 30 minutes with a cm sized flesh wound on my cuticle.  And I also fingered her much less (5 mins give or take) with a 1/2 inch by like 1 1/2 cm cut on another finger which had previously bled before and was then semi-healed with dry blood but not totally healed/scabbed.

2.  Is there risk in having vaginal fluids transferred to the mouth multiple times (3 or 4) and soon after have oral performed on me for like 1-3 minutes at max?

3.  I also had a couple cuts from shaving my pubes on the topside of the bottom of my shaft (they were scabbed/healing for the most part) does this pose a threat?

4.  Say that there was in fact enough bodily fluid exchange (because reality is always a little different than whats read on the internet).  Are my overall symptoms something to be a little worried about?  Tonsillitis/flu-like symptoms 1-2 days after, tiredness 2 weeks after, recent loss of appetite and weight, continuous diarrhea, and now the notice of swollen lymph nodes 14 days later (might have been there before just unaware).

5.  Also, if knowledgeable, should I be concerned about any other STD?  I started to think about Syphilis due to the unusual mouth sore that developed after biting my lip and also due to things that I've read (it also receives swollen lymph nodes on occasion?)

No disrespect, but if the response I'm going to get sounds like "You are at no risk" then please don't bother because I've already heard that.  Another couple sentences after isn't much to ask for and will provide more knowledge for not only me and my situation but for the community as well.  Thank you very much.  Also, I'm going to try to get tested tomorrow.  How much faith should I put in the results?

Every little new development adds some fear to me and my situation, especially this one becuase swollen lymph nodes are said to be one key symptom on top of everything else that has been happening to me.

Thank you so much and sorry for the long post but I believe the more information provided provides you with a more informative response.

Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it.  You are doing the community an amazing favor and I really do feel as if I should thank you for being a stand-up person.  I am still going to get tested for all stds (since this girl was wayyyy sketch in my opinion) and also for peace at mind and hopefully your expertise will be correct.  Once again, thanks.

Nothing that you have done put you at risk of contracting HIV.

I am still somewhat in the dark and am looking for a more clear answer with the information provided.  Also, I think it's necessary to know that these cuts on my fingers are questionable in my mind and were dry blood/fleshy if that paints a better picture.  Thank you.  A quick response would grant me much reassurance if its to my favor.

Sorry the first one was an accident, I didn't know I even did that.  This post is my whole dilemma.
