White Blood cell count and HIV

I'll start off by telling everyone that I do have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and I do take a consistent dose of Paxil every day but because of my disorder I hesitate to tell anyone because I'm afraid that everything will get blamed on that.

Anyway, my question is about white blood cell count. The normal range on the blood test that was used for me is between 4 and 12. My results from two seperate tests were 6.7 and 7. Good right? Well here's my question....I've had lots and lots of CBCs run over the past four years and my white blood cell count was never that low. It was, at some points, as high as 18 but I think my average was around the 12 area. Should I be concerned that it's now averaging lower? I probably had some sort of infection during that point in my intestines but it was never confirmed for sure.

My main concern is HIV. I've had around 5 HIV tests within the past year and a half. My most recent one was August 11th and it, like the rest, came back negative. I had a low risk exposure about 3 weeks prior to the test. My exposure was about a 7 second oral sex performance with no ejaculation on a person of unknown status. One of the other things that's changed since I had the higher numbers is that I'm consistently taking Paxil, I'm on Nexium and different allergy medicines. Could they effect the amount of white blood cells my body makes? I try to be logical about my concerns but I never know if I'm in OCD/anxiety mode or if I'm just catching things that others are not paying attention too.

Basically the question is do white cells normally vary in a normal person by that much or do i need to continue to get checked.

Thanks in advance for your help.
