Semen open cut

Doc,

I have a questions on transmission and further testing. I had and encounter with a man at a bath house of unknown hiv staus. I engaged in masterbating him, I am a constant cutcle biter and had bitten off my cuticle quite a bit about 1 hour prior. I had two very small pencil head sized cuts that were healing and not openly bleeding. I belive a very small amount of fluid may have come in contact with this area, not sure if it was semen. I tested neg with a rapid test at 30 days and negative with a Western blot  at 43 days.

1) is this enough testing to ensure hiv negative

2) has anyone ever been infected with hiv this way

3) is a 43 day negative hep b and c screen sufficient

Thanks

How could I not be at risk. The doctor on the Body said depends on the amount of fluid, viral load and size and location of the cut. does anyone have more info on this topic. I was reading another post where a guy came into an open cut on his belly. I would really appreciate it. I am stressin bad

1. you didn't have a risk and didn't need to test.
2. no
3. yes and no. Yes for B and No for C. C is like HIV when testing it is 3 months.
