Unprotected cunnilingus and resused condom - please help!

Hi Doc

I am writing to this forum and for the first time though after reading other cases described her I should not be writing my case as it might sound repetitive.  I have an active sex life but somehow I ended up having sex with CSW in Bangkok on 28 April 2008 in my hotel room. I called the agency for that from the yellow pages. I will explain in the following lines as it went:

1. She performed fellatio on me while I had the condom on
2. I performed cunnilingus on her without any protection and I didn’t have any visible bleeding or gum issues in my mouth at that time. I don’t remember if the licking was very deep but it was surly not for a long time as she didn’t want it (She was very professional)
3. I used the same condom to penetrate her vaginally and ejaculated
4. Next morning, I licked her vagina again for a short period
5. After that I washed the condom from the night before (very very insanely stupid act) with lukewarm water from washbasin (it was wrapped in tissue paper with my semen inside and was there for at least 4-5 hours) and had sex with her vaginally and ejaculated. When I took my penis out the condom was half out but still head of my penis was covered and all the semen was still in the condom and I didn’t have any cut on my penis.

She left after that. I didn’t do any such thing after that night. However I didn’t have much sex after that as my GF is not around.

Condition of 5th week after that night: I had some cold and was sneezing all day and had little fever. Next day it was ok but with a little pain near my tonsil (no pain in swallowing food or drink) and a little pain in my lower tummy. It lasted for 3-4 days and went away.

Condition now (16th week after that night): I had little tummy upset and little coughing (with a pain in my tonsils) during my visit to my home country and I also experienced some itchy rashes all over my body but they are coming and going. Finally I am taking tables of anti-histamine for that. They are almost all over my body and are very itchy.

I am already so much ashamed for having sex with a CSW for the first time. Now it is too much of stress for me to imagine that I might be infected.

Please please doctor help me out and tell me if I need a test and what are my chances.

I am unable to maintain my normal life and am too terrified to go for a test by myself. If something goes wrong I will have no other way out but to kill myself.

Please doc … I am waiting for your reply.

There are no doctors on this forum if you wish to contact the doctors you need to go the expert forum and pay $15. and post your question there.  Your incident as you describe appears to be a no risk incident for HIV.  You used protection albeit reused it.  If you did not turn the condom inside out there was no possible way to be exposed as long as the head of your penis was covered your issues are not due to HIV.  Good luck, I wish you all the best.
