White tongue and back to back cold

Hi doctor, i am 24 years older male. I went to massage parlour and sucked csw nipple for few seconds on june 30th . I don’t know if she was latching. Then immediately washed my mouth and drink water . Do i had any exposure to hiv and what happen if some of breastmilk or blood went into mouth ? I have done 4 rapid test after 30 days, 70 days ( 4th generation rapid test) , 104days , 118 days( antibody test) to the exposure . All are negative. But i had common cold( no fever , no sore throat , no rash ) only had symptoms of sneezing,running nose, nasal congestion, mild body pain) 20 days before(oct 5) . It was cured in 10days . But now i am having white tongue for past 14 days. It is not going. And Now i am also feeling getting cold again. It seems my immune systems breaking. What should i do now? Please help me..

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV. Breast milk is ONLY a risk to newborns, not to adults.

There is no information you could add about this event that would make it a risk for HIV. See your doctor for diagnosis of your non-HIV related medical issues.

Your tongue may have been this color before, but you didn't notice it, because you didn't bother looking at it.

Yes sir, I think I always have little white coated tongue. It tried to scrap it  too much and it’s start bleeding. Then white coating appears more. I getting scared too much of this. Bcz in internet when I search for white tongue it shows hiv :(. I only did rapid rest for this 4 months.  Shall we can believe in this results?

Any test you take at any time will be conclusive and negative, since you never had a risk for HIV. The test will NEVER detect a disease you cannot possibly have.

You need to stop trying to "cure your tongue." If you think you have a tongue problem see your doctor instead of cutting it, but you probably have nothing wrong. You claimed "Now i am also feeling getting cold again" but that was in your imagination.
You don't have hiv, and everyone here told you that. It is time to stop thinking about having an imaginary hiv disease.

That's a good plan, since there are thousands of diseases and conditions that you can actually get, and you can't spend your life worrying about any of them. Otherwise you will have no quality of life.
