Wiping Razor with Towel

I live in a friend's house about a month. He gave me a towel in his house for me and I wasn't sure that it was washed. He said his friend brought this towel and will take it back when he will come here again. I take a shower and shave my beard everyday with razor (Gilette) and wipe my body and my razor with towel after every shave. My question is can I catch HIV and hepatitis or another viruses since I use my razor and wipe it with this towel everyday? Should I throw that razor away or can I keep using it? Is there any risk of using a razor that way? I wipe my razor because if I don't wipe it and put it in a box it gets rusty.

This is the HIV forum. HIV is not transmitted in this way. The ONLY risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or to share IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. You will not get HIV from using a towel EVER. No risk.
